Sandra Lê has been conducting personal urban studies of her environs for over 8 years in London. Her affinity for pattern and geometrical form emerges in her creative work as moments within the urban landscape, her subjects being buildings, objects, surfaces and textures. But her work is not limited only to the urban experience. Armed with a compact digital camera, or sometimes the camera on her mobile phone, she rigorously captures snapshots of her life, her friends and their shenanigans as they tear through/around the city on bicycles, day or night. Some of the photographs on the website are scanned images taken with an analogous SLR. She is also an enthusiastic traveler.

Sandra is a scientist by training. She was awarded a PhD in Neuropsychology in Toulouse and pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Science Communication in London. She currently lives in London and works in the field of scientific publishing.
